All the organisations I work with deliver amazing services to their beneficiaries. However, I have found that some struggle to evidence their impact.
Here are some of the ways I can help you to do this:
Consultation
- Client/customer consultation (including survey design, focus groups, 121 interviews and customer feedback systems)
- Stakeholder consultation (including consultation with existing stakeholders and targeting of desired future stakeholders)
- New customer consultation (identifying and reaching new target audiences)

- Creating evaluation and monitoring systems for grant funded projects

- Generating regular and annual reports for grant funders, Board meetings and AGM’s

- Design and carry out full project evaluation exercise to meet funder requirements, aid in future development planning and provide concise reports to influence your stakeholders

- Test your existing service delivery models to demonstrate effectiveness, identify benefits to service users and identify any areas for improvements
